When it comes to cutting boards, the type of material it is made from matters because it will determine whether it is sustainable and low maintenance! It matters for how you will use it in the kitchen, and where it will go once you’ve gotten rid of it and need a new one. As I’ve become an eco-friendly consumer and decision maker, these values play into the things I buy and bring into my home.

I’m not a “kitchen type” by any stretch of the imagination, but this is one of my favorite new products! I’ve been using it daily for chopping tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and even corn-on-the-cob.
