December 13, 2013 was a day I will always remember. It was a milestone in my Norwex career.
“Friday the 13th” brought a day of celebrating some fabulous leaders on my team, treating them to lunch and mani / pedis, and then spending some fun bonding time at my home. We were so pleased to have Debbie Bolton, Norwex Chief Sales Officer join us that afternoon.
The evening brought an inspirational night in which approximately 150 Norwex consultants and their families gathered together to celebrate some amazing accomplishments as a team in 
the month of November. We were privileged to hear Debbie share from her heart about her experiences with Norwex as well as personal stories about my own Norwex journey. I have always admired Debbie as a mentor and role model, and it was so fun to have her at our team meeting, honoring the Dream Team and their families.
Norwex is such a family business. My sons were thrilled to finally meet Debbie after five years of hearing so much about her. I am sure that it is a night they will remember for many years to come. A personal highlight for me was when Debbie called them to the front of the room and asked them each what their favorite Norwex product was and what they loved about Mom doing Norwex. I was so proud as they answered clear and strong into the microphone. They both spoke of a desire to educate other kids on how chemicals are “bad;” my 11 year old started out by saying “I never used to know how bad chemicals are. Now I do, and I want other kids to know too.” Norwex isn’t a “job” to me; it’s a MISSION that my entire family embraces!
Our Dream Team has leaders all around the United States. It was an honor to have Deanna Kantola, Senior Executive Sales Leader and her husband Brent fly to Minnesota from Michigan to join us for our celebration. Deanna was the first person to achieve the level of Senior Executive Sales Leader in the state of Michigan, and I’m proud to have her on the team. Deanna and her Dream Team Believers are bringing Norwex to all corners of Michigan. It’s so fun to see!
We also celebrated the promotion of Melissa Tomas
and her Dream Team Achievers to the level of Vice President Sales Leader! There are currently only 10 VP Sales Leaders in the United States, and it’s a true honor to see Melissa and her team achieve this! Melissa leads by example. She was recognized for being the #1 recruiter in Norwex USA for the month of November.
In all, we celebrated 17 Leadership Promotions on December 13th, which is most likely a record for our team. It warms my heart to see so many men and women achieving their individual Norwex Dreams. After all; that is why I named my team the “Dream Team” so many years ago…I truly believe Norwex makes it possible for anyone to achieve their individual dream; no matter how large or small.
