Cabin Season is here! Where is your home away from home?
Norwex fits in to our routines so well during this season. Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing about my experience with Norwex and the outdoors. Today, I want to share what my personal care routine looks like when my family is “roughing it” at the cabin.
Makeup Removal Cloths: Save some space and the risk of leaky bottles by bringing along these cloths! Instead of bringing face wash, makeup remover, cotton balls, and Q-tips, I throw in a Makeup Removal Cloth. It will last you all weekend!
Body Pack: Not everyone’s cabin has showers and I’m not one to bathe in the lake! The Body Packs will help you make it to Monday morning. Just wet down the microfiber cloth and wipe down. This cloth will take off all the sweat, dirt, and oil accumulated after a day in the woods or on the boat. Once done, the BacLock feature will self-purify the cloth. It will be ready for your sponge bath the next day.
Bath Towel: Before Norwex, I used to take stacks of towels to the cabin, and by the next day they were all soaked and would remain damp all weekend! This is not the case with the Norwex Bath Towel. We bring up one towel per person. They are super absorbent, great at the beach, and self-purify away all the mold, fungi and bacterial odor so it is ready to use the next day.
Peppermint Foaming Hand Wash: Frequent hand washing after being in the woods and on the boat means we go through a lot of soap. By using the Peppermint Foaming Hand Soap, we prevent dry hands and get to use environmentally-friendly products. Plus, it smells awesome! No more stinky fish hands!
Silver Care Toothbrush: Weekly trips mean our toothbrushes can touch some questionable surfaces, but I’m not worried since the silver self-purifies the brush. The silver will purify away all the bacteria from brushing and traveling. If you wanted, you could keep one at the cabin and have one at home. You wouldn’t have to worry about it getting gross while sitting during the week.
So I don’t really “rough it” when I’m at the cabin; I just use my Norwex products strategically. What Norwex products are in your bag this weekend? Do you have any environmentally-friendly products you suggest while in the woods or on the lake this year?

Thank you for sharing this! My family goes camping over the summer, so I know these will come in handy when we have limited resource. This will also help the group we go with because someone always forgets to bring something essential, so Norwex can be the aid!
