Did you know that there can be harmful chemicals and hazardous waste in general laundry products?
Have you heard that when you use these laundry products the chemicals rub off on your clothes and create toxic waste on your clothes?
What about the fact that your skin absorbs all of those toxins into your bloodstream, which therefore can produce irritation and illness in your body?
As horrible it sounds, all of these things can be true if you’re using many of the mainstream laundry products.
Most laundry detergent contain “fillers” that can be harmful to your skin and clothing. Fillers bulk up the detergent box to make buyers think they are getting the most out of their money! But it is actually the opposite. The fillers leave excess amounts of residue on your clothes, which can be irritating to your skin and cause your clothing to wear down faster.
Norwex has a wonderful line of laundry products that can help you save time, save money, and save your health.
There is a way to clean your clothes without harmful side effects and fillers. Norwex offers a more natural laundry detergent and non-toxic dryer balls for softening your fabric. No fillers, chemicals, or residue. No more worrying!
Above you can see samples of different laundry detergents mixed with water. On the left is an organic detergent. On the right is a popular store bought brand (it may in your home right now). And in the middle, you guessed it, Norwex Ultra Power Plus! It looks just like water! Seeing is believing – Norwex Ultra Power Plus doesn’t contain fillers that typical laundry detergents do.
The Norwex Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent (UPP) is a filler free laundry detergent and color enhancer for your clothes! You also can save a TON of money when you switch to Norwex for your laundry detergent! In a High Efficiency washing machine, you will use ½ – 1 teaspoon per load (which would give you 250+ loads of laundry for 1 bag of UPP). In a standard washing machine, use 1 – 2 tablespoons per load for 70 – 90 loads per bag.
Now let’s talk about FABRIC SOFTENER. Fabric softener, and especially dryer sheets, have been shown to cause damage to your health, your clothing, and your dryer by leaving a chemical residue on your cloths and in the dryer and lint trap.
Norwex has a more natural and environmentally solution that will soften your clothes without being harmful to your health!
We have two options for Dryer Balls that will soften fabric, reduce wrinkles, and shorten your drying time. Our Green Dryer Balls will reduce your drying time by up to 20% per load. They are made with a safe heat resistant plastic, perfect for the dryer. Our new Fluff and Tumble Dryer Balls are a more natural option because they are made of New Zealand wool, and they also reduce drying time by up to 25% per load.
Our Norwex Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent (UPP) and Dryer Balls have been amazing for my family. We save money by using the UPP instead of the high-priced “allergy friendly” detergent we were using previously, and we actually find it to be more gentle on our skin. I personally love the time saving factor of using the dryer balls, and they do such a great job of reducing wrinkles that I haven’t had to iron in years!

I personally LOVE the Norwex Laundry Detergent! It gets my clothes whiter and cleaner without leaving chemical residue. My family suffers from allergies, asthma, and eczema, needless to say we definitely appreciate the safe results!

Thanks for your comment. We do find that people who struggle with allergies are especially excited about our laundry detergent because of how natural it is.

Hi! My Norwex wool dryer balls have started to leave white hairs (the same ones that are on the balls when they are full of static after drying) on my dark uniforms. Is there a solution for this? They have only been in use for approximately six months.
Suzanne says
Hi Valeen. Have you tried putting them in a sock and washing them in the washing machine? That may help. Thanks for stopping by!

So being the dryer balls are anti-static..should they not be used if you are drying the microfiber cloths, dust mitt, etc.?
Suzanne says
You can use them with microfiber, just be careful not to over-dry the cloths. The dryer balls will reduce your drying time.
