Rough, chapped lips are definitely a reason to pout in the winter!
During winter time, chap stick and lip balm becomes part of our personal care routine. Morning and evening your lips need to be protected from the cold, dry air. But in the effort to stay hydrated, have you compromised your overall health by using products with questionable ingredients? Most mainstream chap sticks and lip balms are petroleum-based and use synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives. That’s not to mention the average of 168 different chemical ingredients women use in their personal care products every day!
Norwex uses natural and even USDA organic ingredients in some of their lip products. They are free from harmful chemicals, gluten, parabens, petrolatum, aluminum, mineral oil, and synthetic fragrances and dyes. All toxic ingredients that you don’t want near your mouth or transferring to someone else! Instead, Norwex makes their lip products with ingredients like USDA certified organic Sunflower Seed Oil, Castor Seed Oil and Shea Butter, and Beeswax. Plant-based ingredients grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides are much more appealing for a skin care regimen than ingredients that have been part of the oil refining process.

Buff & Glow Lip Duo

Timeless Lip Balm

Norwex’s line up of lip products varies throughout the year, but these are the ones you’ll find now. Each one has unique ingredients and reasons why you might prefer one over the other. The over-sized tube on the Lip Balm gives you a full application in one swipe. The Black Raspberry flavor smells amazing, but doesn’t have a nauseating taste, like the chap stick you used in junior high. The Buff & Glow Lip Duo has a two-step process to bring deep hydration, especially during the cold months. Timeless Lip Balm is a good one for guys & kids since it has a more neutral scent- menthol and tea tree oil. It’s up to you to choose!

Such a cute video! I can’t wait to try these.
These are so much better than the mass-produced commercial brands that actually end up drying out my lips rather than protecting them from the elements.
Do you have a favorite scent? I’m trying to decide which I should get first and can’t make up my mind! A $10 stick (even if it’s twice the size of normal chapstick) is a bit expensive to get three at once.
