I want to offer my huge congratulations to a new Norwex Executive Sales Leader on my team. Jennifer Boom and her team have promoted to the level of Executive Sales Leader in just six short months!!!
Jen has been such an inspiration and joy to work with. She and her husband Andrew work side-by-side in her Norwex business. They live in Monroe, Wisconsin with their two adorable sons; Jayden is 3 1/2 and Bowen is 2. Andrew is a 6th grade teacher and coach during the school year. It has been fun watching him use his summer to help grow their Norwex business and making it a true “family business.”
Jen has been a hit with her customers and team since the very beginning. Her bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and time teaching Pre-K before becoming a stay at home mom have come in handy as she educates customers and team members while making everything she touches so much fun! Jen’s success has been recognized by Norwex as she has regularly been a top recruiter and top salesperson since she started. She has developed a team of 38 amazing ladies in her short time with Norwex.
Jen is spreading Norwex through demonstrating at 10 – 12 home parties a month while also offering Norwex to those all around the United States through her fun and lively Facebook parties. The videos she has put together to educate and entertain are outstanding!
In getting to know Jen, one thing that stands out is how great she is with managing money. When I asked her one way that Norwex has improved her life, she said “The first thing I realized about Norwex was that we were saving some serious money by not purchasing all of the products we used to purchase; paper towels, cleaners, makeup remover, bath products, laundry detergent, the list goes on! The second thing I realized was that I could make a full time income, even though I quit my full time ‘job’ and am staying home with my children!”
Some of Jen’s favorite Norwex products include the mop, makeup removal cloth, and her kitchen towels; she uses them all daily! She loves that she has been able to eliminate traditional makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, shower gel, shaving cream, paper towels, homemade window cleaner (that didn’t work), disposable dusters, mop with disposable pads, steam mop, disposable snack bags, plastic straws, musty bath towels and more! (Wow – what a list!)
When Jen first signed up, I asked her what her “why” was for becoming a Norwex consultant. At the time, she wanted to “give it 90 days” and see how much product she could earn. She quickly realized this would be much more than “free stuff.” She said she was making friends, making money, and making the world a better place. After having a few teammates jump on board right away, she was having tons of fun!
I mentioned that Jen really makes Norwex a “family business.” She is open about praising Norwex for allowing them to pay off $14,000 of credit card debt that they had been trying to pay off for years. It also allowed them to take a family vacation at a beach house (debt free). They are currently saving her Norwex income for a downpayment on their next home purchase. Jen says “When I quit my full time teaching job three years ago, I never thought we would be able to accomplish these things! Thank you, Norwex!“
Jen and her team have been an absolute JOY to work with, and they are changing the world in Monroe, Wisconsin and beyond. For more information on Jen and her team, you can visit her or at www.JenniferBoom.Norwex.biz.
Congratulations to Jen and your team. I’m so proud of you, and can’t wait to see what the coming year brings!
