Before I talk about social media, I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. Out of all of the gazillions of blogs out there, you are choosing to read mine. My blog all about healthy home cleaning, gluten free living, and family life. Oh, and Norwex. Especially about Norwex . After all, I wouldn’t even have a platform without this company that has changed my life, the life of my family, and the lives of so many others. Telling you all about how Norwex products can change your life as well is my main purpose. The fact that you are along on the journey with me in some form or fashion means the world to me.
Some of my readers out there are social media savvy. Pretty sure that I could learn some lessons from you – I am betting that there are many platforms out there that I do not even know exist. But I do know about three of them, and these spots are often where you can find me hanging out in the social media world.
The first two go hand in hand: Facebook and Twitter. One allows you to write a detailed description and one forces you to stay in the parameters of 140 characters or less if you happen to have a great picture you want to show the world. Both platforms have their purposes and especially allow me to be able to share my latest posts with you. Because I am not the final authority or expert, I also use both outlets as a way to share tips and suggestions from other great blogs out there. Hopefully you have clicked on my links a time or two. What you may not know is that each week tends to have a different theme. One week all of my links might be on how to grill gluten free and recently my focus has been on surviving the back to school season. To save my sanity, the daily links on both Facebook and Twitter will take you to the same site. On Mondays, I plan to announce the “theme of the week.” Whichever platform you prefer, I would love it if you would check in on my sites, even daily if you have time, to be connected to some of the best ideas out there.

If you like tweeting, please send me one saying you started following me because of this post. As long as you are not a robot, I will be glad to follow you back. 🙂
As for my final outlet, this is one you have heard me mention several times before: Pinterest. Once I figured out that basically this site is online bulletin board, I liked being able to have all of my favorite ideas linked in one location. My boards tend to follow what I write about on my blog: healthy cleaning and living along with family life tips. I hope that what the information I have collected there will also be a resource for you.

I can’t wait to “see” you online; I look forward to connecting!
