As my Norwex mentor and leader, how do you communicate with the consultants on your team?

To keep my consultants from being overwhelmed by an inundation of emails from me, I try to just send out one weekly team update by email, and to contact my personal consultants by telephone from time to time.  I also have a team Facebook group where we regularly communicate with active consultants.  The communication is tailored to what YOU want in order to most effectively meet your goals as a Norwex consultant.
