Norwex BacLock™ is the New Antibac

BacLockRecently, Norwex made the change from Antibac to BacLock™protection!

Don’t worry though; our microfiber cloths have not changed their magical silver abilities, just a new name for it! This is very exciting for the company because this trademark is specific for Norwex, so you can’t find it anywhere else! This means that now the word “BacLock™” will appear in place of “Antibac” on the Norwex products. Again, the quality and properties of the products have not changed.

Why BacLock™? Think about it: The self-cleaning micro silver in our cloths goes to work with self purification properties against mold, fungi, and bacterial odor within 24 hours so that it is ready to use again.  Amazing!!

The high quality Norwex microfiber cloths picks up EVERYTHING in its path, allowing the micro silver to then go to work in the cloth. There is nothing harmful about the BacLock™ feature, as it is environmentally friendly and SAFE for your family to use!

Let’s key in on some of Norwex’s top selling BacLock™ products!  The Enviro Cloth, Window Cloth, and Dusting Mitt are three of our top selling items!!  Those three items can replace almost all of the cleaners you have around your house.  Read more about it HERE.

Needless to say, BacLock™ is ESSENTIAL for safe and effective household cleaning, as each of our products has a specific purpose around the home. Instead of choosing chemical infused and toxic cleaners around your house, use the BacLock™ option and save time, money and your health! Since Norwex is family friendly, get your spouse and kids involved! Make daily chores into clean up races!

All you need is water and the cloth, the BacLock™ will do the rest!

Norwex Laundry Products Can Help You Save Money, Time, and Your Health

Did you know that there can be harmful chemicals and hazardous waste in general laundry products?

Have you heard that when you use these laundry products the chemicals rub off on your clothes and create toxic waste on your clothes?

What about the fact that your skin absorbs all of those toxins into your bloodstream, which therefore can produce irritation and illness in your body?

As horrible it sounds, all of these things can be true if you’re using many of the mainstream laundry products.

Most laundry detergent contain “fillers” that can be harmful to your skin and clothing.  Fillers bulk up the detergent box to make buyers think they are getting the most out of their money!  But it is actually the opposite.  The fillers leave excess amounts of residue on your clothes, which can be irritating to your skin and cause your clothing to wear down faster.

Norwex has a wonderful line of laundry products that can help you save time, save money, and save your health.

Laundry ProductsThere is a way to clean your clothes without harmful side effects and fillers. Norwex offers a more natural laundry detergent and non-toxic dryer balls for softening your fabric.  No fillers, chemicals, or residue.  No more worrying! Continue reading

Family Blogger + Photographer = Need for Norwex Optic Cloth

Part 10 in Gretchen’s Journey…

1st Plymouth view through an archWhen I accepted the publicity position for my area Mothers of Preschoolers group, I became a blogger. I thrived in the role. After I moved on from the group, I missed writing. Starting my own blog a few weeks later was a natural move. The focus of the site is a familiar one to me: family travel across Nebraska, my longtime state. Not including pictures on the encouraging thoughts I had shared to young mothers was okay. Text alone for a travel blog is not exactly inspirational. So, I also became a photographer.

I would not consider myself a professional by any means. Yet I have definitely seen progress in my photography skills over the past year. Although someday I may choose to make an investment in equipment, right now I still use a basic Nikon or iPhone to make most of my photographs. Although I do not have any expensive equipment, I have learned an important lesson. One factor that can make all of the difference between a poor shot or a sharp one is how clean and clear my lens happens to be.

This is a recent revelation to me.  We had a small polishing cloth that came with a camera, and I must confess that I never used it.  Once I got the patterned Norwex Optic Scarf, I did realized that I could be taking better care of my lens.
