About Suzanne Holt

My name is Suzanne Holt, and I am an Independent Norwex Sales Consultant and Executive Vice President Sales Leader based out of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota. My Dream Team consists of a group of women and men committed to making the world a better place by reducing the use of harmful chemicals in cleaning and personal care.

Making A Difference
I was raised in a family with a strong background in direct sales, and was always taught that serving and helping others is an important part of life. I love making a difference in the lives of those around me whether they are family, friends, team members, or clients. I am excited about helping others discover the difference that Norwex can make in their lives!!

Lots of Reasons
Everyone has their individual reasons for starting a career with Norwex. While I enjoy seeing the difference that Norwex can make in the lives of customers, my true passion lies in helping the Independent Sales Consultants on my team achieve their individual Norwex Dream. I have seen consultants use Norwex to do things like pay for the honeymoon that they never had, pay for a home remodel so that they had room for the expanding family they desired, cut back on time spent at a job they didn’t enjoy, supplement their retirement income, earn “fun money,” and many consultants who are using Norwex to help pay bills that would have been difficult to pay without their Norwex business.

My Norwex Journey
In my first twelve months with Norwex, I was promoted three times, from Independent Sales Consultant, to Team Coordinator, to Sales Manager, and then to Executive Sales Manager. In my second year, I promoted to Senior Executive Sales Leader and became a member of the Red Jacket group. In August, 2011, I was promoted to Vice President Sales Leader.  In 2012, I was honored to be only the 3rd person to be promoted to the level of Executive Vice President Sales Leader with Norwex.

I have been consistently recognized by Norwex for being one of the top recruiters and top leaders in the company. For the past THREE YEARS, I have been honored to receive awards for being either the #1 or #2 recruiter/trainer in all of the USA as well as all of North America. That is based on the number of people I recruited in the past two years who “qualified” by selling their $2,000 in 90 days and did not have to pay for their starter kit.  I hold the company record for successfully training the most people who “qualified” in one year.  For the past two years I have been honored to be either the #1 or #2 Leader in all of the USA, based on my personal team’s sales.

I was recently elected to the first ever North American Field Advisory Council.

I didn’t achieve these things by always focusing on what was best for me; I did it by striving every day to live in a way where I put the needs of others before mine, and where I help others without measuring what it may or may not bring back to me in the future. I continuously strive to find ways to make my team members succeed in their individual careers with Norwex. I do this through team trainings and conference calls, frequent emails and telephone calls, and soon webinars. I employ a marketing assistant that helps me with developing new tools for the exclusive use of my team. Some examples include custom postcard invitations and our team “before and after book.” All of these things become available to you when you join my team.
